1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dysrupt Labs services, including our Almanis platform and any related forecasting technologies ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Regulatory Positioning & Purpose Statement

Dysrupt Labs asserts that the Almanis platform is not subject to regulation as either a securities or gaming exchange in the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. The platform is designed to generate forecast signals and insightful narratives to improve judgment and decision-making.

3. Services Description

Dysrupt Labs provides advanced forecasting technologies that combine human judgment with machine learning algorithms. Our services include:

• Access to the Almanis forecasting platform
• Human-machine collective intelligence analysis
• Macro intelligence and geopolitical risk assessment
• Research and development in forecasting methodologies

4. Registration, Account Security & Access

You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current and complete registration information;
2. Maintain the security of your password and identification;
3. Update any registration data to remain accurate and current; and
4. Be fully responsible for all use of your account and any actions under it.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license excludes data harvesting, scraping, or automated extraction without prior written consent.

5. Use Restrictions & User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Post content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or disguise the origin of transmissions;
• Post unauthorized advertising, solicitations, spam, pyramid schemes, or similar;
• Post private information of others without consent;
• Upload malicious code or engage in actions that impair service functionality;
• Collude with others to manipulate scoring, rewards, or outcomes;
• Access or attempt to access another user's account without permission;
• Post or exploit inside information in violation of securities or market-abuse laws;
• Operate multiple accounts or share access credentials with unauthorized parties.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property Rights

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post ("User Content"), but grant Dysrupt Labs an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free licence (with rights to sublicense) to use, copy, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

We are not obliged to remove User Content upon request unless required by law.

All other content, features, algorithms, and functionality are the exclusive property of Dysrupt Labs or licensors. All rights reserved.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in that policy, which includes:

• Reciprocal anonymity protocols for forecasters;
• Secure storage and transfer;
• Limited data retention;
• Compliance with applicable regulations.

8. Rewards & Exclusions

Any monetary or non-monetary rewards for forecasting performance are issued entirely at our discretion and may be altered or removed at any time without notice.

We may exclude certain users from rewards, including without limitation:

• Employees, contractors, and consultants of Dysrupt Labs or affiliates,
• Their immediate family members,
• Suppliers of goods/services connected to Almanis.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that forecasts, data, or performance metrics will be accurate or reliable, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

You use the Services at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Our maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim;
• Certain jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions—if these laws apply, you may have additional rights.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your User Content, your conduct, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Melbourne, Victoria, courts for disputes not subject to arbitration.

No class arbitrations or joinder of claims are permitted. Claims must be brought within one (1) year of arising.

14. Submissions

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide become our sole property without obligation of attribution or compensation.

15. Service-Specific Terms

API Access

• API rate limits apply as specified in your service agreement
• Bulk data downloads subject to fair use policy
• Real-time feeds available for enterprise clients only

Forecaster Network

• Reciprocal anonymity must be maintained at all times
• No attempts to identify individual forecasters
• Aggregated data only; no individual-level data access

Data Usage

• Internal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing
• No redistribution or resale of data
• Attribution required for any public use of insights
